A: Your site will be unavailable until the first of the next month. However, our system will send you bandwidth warnings starting when 80% of your bandwidth is used. At this time, you may upgrade your account to a higher plan.

Q: I notice SSH access incurs a $10 one-time fee. Why is this fee here, and what is it for?
A: This is a one-time "setup fee" that helps prevent SSH account abuse. Please read more about SSH abuse here, and what is not allowed with TNT shell access.

Q: I do not have a domain like www.something.com, how can I get one?

Q: I've purchased a domain. How do I get that to point to your servers?
A: You will need to update the DNS information related to your domain name in your domain registrar's control panel. If you need help doing this, please contact us.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

Q: I notice that some of my PHP scripts give an "Internal Server Error". What does this mean?
A: We run a security measure called "PHPSuExec". This allows us to track down any possible malicious scripts being executed. To fix the Internal Server Error, chmod the files giving the errors to a maximum of 755. If you need assistance with this, please contact us.
